Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

All of our orders are delivered by a third party courier. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed during the next business day. 

Please contact us should you have any concerns on your order. 

Shipping costs are not calculated on the website and will be confirmed upon receipt of invoice.

Returns policy

Returns
 
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 30 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. 
 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not except returns for items that have been ordered in at your request. 

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Contact the team at Twin Coast Marine before returning any items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
 
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

Exchanges (if applicable)
 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at blair@kiwiyachting.co.nz Once we have confirmed we can proceed with your exchange request, please send your item to: Twin Coast Marine, 1899 SH10 Waipapa, New Zealand.


Shipping
 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Twin Coast Marine, 1899 SH10 Waipapa, New Zealand.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
